Web portals
Staff or client portals with login, records, search and export. These run in the browser on any computer or tablet — no install required.
Home / Services / Apps
Traditional agencies charge $40,000+ and take months to deliver a basic business app. We customise proven frameworks to your brand and workflow, then launch in weeks.
What we build
Staff or client portals with login, records, search and export. These run in the browser on any computer or tablet — no install required.
Field tools and customer apps from one shared build, installed on phones and tablets. Best for staff who work away from a desk.
Lightweight Chrome, Firefox or Edge tools that auto-fill forms, pull a report, or save a step in a web workflow you already use.
If staff want an icon on the Windows desktop instead of a bookmark, we can wrap the web app as a simple desktop shortcut. We do not build separate native Mac or Linux programs as a standard package.
How we prevent scope creep
Agreed scope upfront. Every project includes a written list of screens, roles and features.
The parking-lot rule. “Can we also add a second dashboard?” goes on the Phase 2 list.
One revision round is included. Major redesigns are a change order at $110 AUD/hr.
Flexible top-ups. After launch, extras are sold in 10-hour blocks at $1,100 AUD.
Honest pricing
| Work | What you get | From |
|---|---|---|
| Browser extension or plugin | Single-purpose tool, up to two system connections, one revision round | $1,200 AUD |
| Catalog packages | Operations portal, inspection app or booking hub — see the catalog | $1,850 – $4,500 |
| Larger multi-platform app | Scoped after a roadmap audit. Quoted as a fixed Phase 1 | From $8,000 |
| Consultation / extra features | Ad-hoc work and Phase 2 items | $110 AUD/hr |
We do not hide that a large Australian agency will often quote $40,000 to $100,000 for similar work. The difference is modular delivery and a senior specialist doing the build, not a team of hand-offs.
The $650 AUD roadmap audit reviews your process, maps the technical approach, and gives you a fixed-price build. Credited in full if you proceed.
